Terms and conditions of sale

Payment terms may vary depending on the situation. At the request of JAMBETTE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT INC., an account may need to be opened in order to grant a payment term of 30 days net. Any outstanding balance shall bear interest at the rate of 2% a month (24% a year).

Any return of goods must first be approved by our representative. The goods shall be returned within 10 days of approval and in perfect condition. In which case, the customer returning the said goods agrees to pay an administration and handling fee of 20% of the value of the goods.

In addition, all the work and charges involved in taking apart the products, restoring the former site and packaging and shipping the said products are at the expense and under the responsibility of the customer. Customized products and installation and landscaping work fees are not refundable. Customers shall produce their invoices upon request. 

Customers acknowledge that JAM- BETTE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT INC. shall not be held liable for any circumstances beyond its control and that its liability shall be limited to the price paid by the customers for the goods in question.

The parties agree that this agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the Province of Québec and the parties elect domicile in the judicial district of Québec, Province of Québec, Canada. Should an account need to be referred to a collection agency or a lawyer due to a customer's failure to pay, the customer agrees to pay, in addition to the balance due, collection fees equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the balance due in capital and interest.
